Estate Planning
Estate planning is commonly misnomered as just the act of drafting up a will or a trust and leaving it at that. It is so much more. Estate Planning is the practice of preparing one's self and, consequently, their loved ones for the worst before anything might go wrong. The practice not only encompasses drafting a roadmap for what happens to one's property and debts after their death, it should also compliment one's life goals and provide direction to others if that person becomes incapacitated or unavailable during their lifetime.
My approach to estate planning is to provide my clients with a comprehensively tailored plan to meet their objectives after meeting with them, listening to them, and addressing their needs and objectives as thoroughly as possible. What's more, I coordinate a signing ceremony so my clients' documents are executed properly to ensure they are legally binding. Finally, I follow up by providing my clients with digital copies of their final documents along with a custom portfolio containing originals, printed copies, and a central place for storing other important life documents.
